We would like to make everyone aware that whatever is discussed in the doctors surgery is confidential. This means that if anything is discussed with the receptionist, the nurse or the doctor, it is never discussed with anyone else without your permission. We will never discuss a patient with hospital departments etc without checking the validity of the person first, and the receptionists do not give out patients names or details to anyone without permission.
