Unfortunately, we have just found that there is a problem when ordering prescriptions on line. We understood that post merger you would be locked out of Patient Access. However, this has not been the case and it appears you have been able to order your prescriptions on line but they have not arrived at the practice. We are doing our best to resolve this problem.

Our annual open flu clinic will be on Friday 8th November.

Please come along at any time between 8.30am – 5.30pm for your vaccine.

Unfortunately, we have had to postpone the day from 23rd October as there is an unexpected delay in the vaccines arriving.

Most of you are aware by now that as from 1st October 2019 Bracklinn and Leny will be one practice called Callander Medical Practice.

As of the 1st October, please use 01877 331000 to contact the practice for appointments or queries between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Our dedicated prescription line 01877 331001 will be manned between 10am – 3pm only.

Appointment systems are being finalised and will be entered onto the new practice database on the 1st October, however, there are a few nurse appointments available in October if you require a blood test etc.

Unfortunately some data will be lost when the patient records are merge. You will need to re-register for “patient Access” to be able to order prescriptions and book appointments on line. Please contact the practice for instructions and new pin number.

Please also note that on Friday 27th September Bracklinn Practice patient details will transfer to the new practice, and Leny Practice will transfer on the 30th September. During these times we will have limited access to computers. Both practices will be operating emergency clinics only during these times.
